Due to the handmade nature of this product, each order will take around 5 weeks to produce.
215ml (as pictured) or 410ml, 100% earthenware and food safe glaze.
Please note each piece is unique due to being handmade & hand painted. Some pieces may have minor variations or tiny imperfections.
We select our fabrics with a lot of attention. The denim and bob hat is made out of a durable cotton fabric made with a plain weave. This is a tight, non-stretch fabric and quite thick—a soft and supple fabric with a density of 280g/m2.
The organic shirt, shorts and pants are made in an organic poplin cotton, more light and very cozy. AN everyday look.
All pieces are made in Lisbon, Portugal, and delivered folded in a pretty BALOU box.
How to choose your size?
We recommend that you take your usual size. Between two sizes? Take the one above. Our size guide is available in the pictures. And if despite everything you have any doubts, you can contact us at contact@shopbalou.com. Our model, is 1m70 tall and wears the shirt in size M.
How to maintain the denim ?
It should be washed cold and allowed to dry in the open air.

Delivery times
— In pre-order: when a part is offered to you in pre-order, it is because it has not yet been manufactured. The estimated delivery date is noted on the product sheet, and we remind you of it in the order confirmation email. We don't have any stock to avoid the mess. We will create your part as soon as it has been ordered.
Exchanges & Returns
— You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return the product to us in its packaging and at your expense.
— A return guide will be attached to your package.
— Refund or exchange upon receipt of the part.
